At Homecraft Textiles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new linens or home accents aren't a perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the 'Order History' section to request a return authorization and receive your prepaid shipping label via email.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused textiles in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are protected from moisture during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup for your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
